If compared to sunbathing or artificial tanning in beds, this might be safer for the first is the major cause of skin cancer in the world and the second is also showing problems with skin cancer and other skin maladies, Sunless tanners work by having ingredients that activate the melanin producing cells in the skin to give it a sun-baked tone as with sunscreens, they have different levels of tanning or color and the more you use, the darker you may become.
